• Couples Therapy

Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) aims at fostering a sense of emotional safety within relationships. As trust is built, couples can then collaborate to understand where they get stuck and what is leading to conflicts. Once couples can acknowledge and express these emotions, partners create a space for connection. Through this process, couples not only address the root causes but also cultivate effective communication. Couples can then start working together to be able to effectively communicate in a healthy way.

  • EMDR

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), as with most therapy approaches, focuses on the individual’s present concerns. EMDR’s approach, however, considers past experiences are being activated by present or future anticipated experiences.
