Trish Sullivant is a licensed psychotherapist with private practices in Salt Lake City, Utah, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. She earned her Master of Social Work from the University of Utah in 2013 and has since dedicated her career to helping clients heal, grow, and navigate life’s most difficult experiences.

Her clinical expertise is rooted in trauma-focused care, utilizing modalities such as EMDR, Internal Family Systems, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy(KAP), and DBT.

In addition to trauma work, Trish specializes in psychedelic preparation and integration, offering clients support before and after their journeys. She is certified in both Ketamine-Assisted Therapy and Psychedelic Therapy and Integration through Fluence, bringing a blend of clinical training and compassionate presence to her work.

Background and Education

Trish Sullivant holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology with a minor in Political Science, as well as a Master of Social Work with a concentration in Mental Health—both from the University of Utah. She is licensed as a clinical therapist in Utah and is currently pursuing her PhD in Mind-Body Medicine at Saybrook University, specializing in Integrative Health.

Her academic and professional journey reflects a deep commitment to understanding the interconnectedness of mental, emotional, and physical well-being, and to integrating holistic approaches into conventional mental healthcare.
